I am Dr. Nelson Dib Gadal, a specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Traumatology, Periodontics and Advanced Implantology, with national and international training in orthognathic surgery and complex implant rehabilitation.
My practice focuses on the evaluation, planning, and resolution of surgical cases with sound diagnostic judgment, technical precision, and a focus on functional, aesthetic, and stable outcomes. I work under three principles: safe surgery, optimized recovery, and minimal invasiveness.
I handle everything from common procedures, such as third molars and impacted teeth, to complex cases of orthognathic surgery, advanced implantology, maxillofacial trauma, and oral and maxillofacial pathology.
My goal is to deliver high-level specialized care, with clear indications, rigorous planning, and harmonious and stable results.
